• Contact details you share with us: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, city.
• Health information you choose to share for your consultation: symptoms, reports, medicines, history.
• Symptom check answers. These are calculated in your browser and are not stored by the Website. They reach us only if you choose to send your result on WhatsApp.
• Order details if you buy a product: name, address, phone, order history. Payments are processed by the payment gateway, and we do not store your card or bank details.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, through cookies and analytics/advertising tools (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), if enabled.

• To book, conduct and follow up on your consultation
• To keep medical records, as required by law and good medical practice
• To process and deliver orders
• To reply to your messages
• To improve the Website and, with your consent, send you health information or offers. You can opt out anytime.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed with service providers (website hosting, payment gateway, courier, WhatsApp/Meta for messaging), with laboratories or hospitals when you are referred, or when required by law.
